Email support@getbidpaid.com and a real person replies. Send it from the address you sign in with, and if something went wrong, tell us what you tapped and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.

BidPaid is made by Riveat Software SRL, Romania, for contractors in the United States.

Where BidPaid runs

• iPhone: iOS 15 or later.
• Android: Android 7.0 or later.
• Computer: any current browser at getbidpaid.com.

It’s one account everywhere: start a bid on the jobsite and finish it at the desk.

I can’t sign in

• Use the same method you signed up with. If you signed up with Google or Apple, tap that button rather than typing a password.
• Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and use the link we email you. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive in a few minutes.

Notifications don’t arrive

The app tells you when a client signs a bid or pays an invoice. If nothing shows up, allow notifications for BidPaid in your phone’s settings, then open the app once while signed in.

Changing or canceling your plan

Plans are managed on the web. Sign in at getbidpaid.com on a computer and open Settings → Subscription.
